*** Please note this listing is for a SEWING PATTERN not RTW lingerie. *** The Binky panties are a comfortable hipster style, perfect for everyday wear. They offer good coverage over the bum and the leg openings sit low on the hips. The pattern is very versatile! there are 5 styles plus a lace overlay pattern piece which can be sewn on styles 1, 2, 3 & 5. There are two lace back options available with this pattern to accommodate different lace widths, how often is that perfect lace just too narrow for the pattern piece?! There is the full lace back option for wider laces and a partial lace back with a fabric triangle at the centre back. This is a great pattern if you are new to sewing lingerie but also fun if you are an experienced lingerie maker! Style 1 is about a simple as it gets with a basic shape and FOE (fold over elastic) waist and leg openings. Style 5 is a little more involved with the cut out details on the front. This pattern is an advanced beginner/intermediate pattern but if you are new to lingerie sewing, don't let that put you off! There are photos for each step and tutorials on the Evie la Lùve channel which super simplifies everything so don't be afraid to dive right in! The skills required (or you will learn on the job) with this pattern are: - Sewing with various lingerie elastics including FOE (fold over elastic) - Sewing with stretch fabrics - Mirroring lace when cutting out the pattern pieces ***Size Guide*** Check out image no. 3 for the size chart for this pattern. We recommend you sew a test garment in similar fabrics to check size and fit before sewing in your best materials. ***Supplies needed*** Check out image no. 4 for all the supplies needed for each style. This pattern comes with a 40 page instruction booklet, of full colour instructions. But don't fear about printing it all out! There is a helpful contents page which makes it easy to print (if indeed you do print your instructions too) the necessary pages. The pattern is printable on US letter and A4 size paper across 8 pages. There are instructions included for how to print and assemble the pattern as well as information for which pages to print if you are only sewing one style, to save on printing.
