Machine wash cold (30°) or by hand with a mild detergent. Hang to dry.Step 3: Reuse and repeat – during the day and night! Caring For Your Period Underwear: It’s super simple to care for your underwear! After use simply rinse out the blood in cold water – continue until water runs clear.
